1) Applicable Materials

Suited for lithium battery ultrafine powder packaging: e.g., NCM (Nickel Cobalt Manganese), LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate), LCO (Lithium Cobalt Oxide), LMO (Lithium Manganese Oxide), ternary materials, LTO (Lithium Titanate), etc.


2) Main Structure Introduction

(1) Feeding Device

1. Uses single auger horizontal feeding, with variable frequency technology to achieve multi-speed motor control, enabling coarse, medium, and fine three-speed feeding.

2. Designed with a variable-pitch auger, where the pitch gradually decreases from top to bottom, helping to compact the material during feeding.

3. Equipped with a quick shut-off gate at the feeding port to prevent any excess material from falling after filling.

4. Features a stirring mechanism that rotates in reverse to drive material in a counterflow direction.

5. By adjusting preset parameters, the optimal ratio of coarse, medium, and fine feeding amounts can be ensured, thereby improving packaging speed while maintaining accuracy.

2) Weighing Unit

Uses load cells with high comprehensive accuracy, long-term stability, and impact resistance, supported by a dedicated force transmission connection mechanism, bag clamping device, and weighing frame.

3) Bag Clamping Device

The system adopts a pneumatic clamp-type bag clamping mechanism, consisting of a ring-shaped bag clamping cylinder, clamping mechanism, and actuators. The ring cylinder includes an air return channel for gas return and dust removal during discharge.


3) Functional Features:

1. Automatic/manual switching with self-locking. Manual operation is for maintenance, debugging, or emergency handling; normal operation is automatic.

2. Adjustable weighing range set via panel. Within the adjustment range, any value can be set through the instrument keyboard.

3. Dual-speed adjustable feeding. Adapts to different materials and feeding methods, adjusting fast and slow feeding rates to determine optimal cut-off value.

4. Automatic display of weighing quantity and count (six digits). The instrument displays current package weight and cumulative count.

5. TraxDSPTM anti-vibration technology. Unique fast multi-stage digital filtering eliminates vibration interference during production, ensuring weighing accuracy and stability.

6. Out-of-tolerance alarm. Each weighing cycle undergoes error detection and judgment; alarm triggered when out of tolerance.

7. Fault self-diagnostics. The weighing control instrument has self-diagnosis function.

8. Standard serial interface: RS232.
