First, Ansteel Mining Corporation. During the construction of smart mines, Ansteel Mining chose to cooperate with Rongzhi for intelligent equipment O&M. They faced issues such as heavy on-site inspection loads, uncontrollable equipment status, and high failure rates affecting production rhythm.
Rongzhi provides the Intelligent Point Inspection System and Predictive Maintenance System to solve inspection and equipment status problems.
By deploying the intelligent point inspection system across 26 mines in the entire company, on-site equipment inspections are conducted orderly and efficiently. Among them, 107 key devices in 2 branch mines were prioritized into the predictive maintenance system for real-time monitoring and intelligent early warning. To date, dozens of equipment faults have been predicted in advance, effectively avoiding unplanned downtime.

Finally, Huaihe Energy Group. Huaihe Energy’s predictive maintenance system breaks down the data silos between Rongzhi Cloud Diagnostic Center and on-site equipment management systems, enabling data sharing. This allows both remote equipment supervision and direct driving of equipment management tasks, greatly improving management efficiency.

2. Supervision Performance
Currently, we have deployed over 420,000 underlying measurement points cumulatively, monitoring 110,000 devices in real time. We have issued a total of 1.2 million monthly reports and formed more than 14,000 valuable closed-loop cases. You may wonder: what is a closed-loop case? We detect equipment anomalies through the system, alert the customer, provide detailed diagnostic conclusions and repair suggestions, continuously track the equipment operation status until the customer completes maintenance, and then the customer feeds back the maintenance results and related materials to the diagnostic engineer. The case is then reviewed to assess whether the equipment is restored to normal, and finally all materials are packaged to form a complete closed-loop case. Therefore, closed-loop cases are characterized by long duration, high difficulty, and high standards. These data are also an important guarantee for our intelligent algorithms.

During continuous service to customers, Rongzhi actively responds to the national call for smart factory construction, accelerates the layout and implementation of intelligent projects, and assists enterprises in building intelligent monitoring platforms.
