Green Star's 3D Visualization and Intelligent Management System is a 3D software system focused on mining geological data, survey calculation, mining design, and technical management. It can be widely used in solid mineral resources like metals, coal, and building materials for geological exploration data management, deposit geological modeling, structural modeling, traditional and modern resource estimation, open-pit mining design, pit optimization, mining plan scheduling, underground mine design, development design, blasting optimization and design, mining plan scheduling, and 3D visualization management of production data.
The software can build 3D grade models, and block sizes can be adjusted as needed. Since each block has a grade, the ore tonnage and metal content of the entire deposit can be easily calculated, facilitating economic evaluation. With market price fluctuations, lower-grade ore can also be utilized; the software supports dynamic multi-index orebody delineation using a very low cut-off grade to generate ore quantities for different grades.
The system can perform open-pit mining limit optimization design to determine the boundaries between open-pit and underground mining, maximizing profit. Based on this, in a 3D visualization environment, users can define open-pit design parameters (including bench height, slope angle, width, road gradient, etc.) interactively, generate pit crest, toe, and road lines, and create 3D solid models. It also supports waste dump design.
Using existing open-pit models, underground goaf models, and roadway 3D solid models, the system can automatically calculate excavation or mining volumes within any range (e.g., stripping ratio) and generate mining engineering reports.
For open-pit mines, engineers can interactively design blast hole parameters (including coordinates, azimuth, dip angle, depth) and charging parameters, and calculate waste tonnage, ore grade, and tonnage in the blast area. For underground mines, users can interactively design medium-deep hole blasting, print blasting designs for production guidance, and calculate blasted ore quantity and grade.
