RCP2000 scanner continuously scans tracks in 3D mode. Uses intelligent feature recognition and matching algorithms to identify railways automatically, generate baseline data, calculate obstacle volume and height relative to rail plane. Real-time monitoring. 3D point cloud images are immune to ambient light interference, providing excellent scene visualization for control center operators.

**Train Coil Loading/Unloading Scanning System**
RCP2000 supports fixed-point 3D scanning and mobile 2D scanning (crane moving). Warehouse management system controls crane to position over train carriage, sends scan command. After scanning, sends saddle coordinates and coil data to management system.
**Warehouse Saddle & Coil Coordinate Scanning System**
Install KS2100 2D laser scanners on crane to scan warehouse saddles and coils. Outputs saddle status (with/without coil) and coil dimensions (diameter, width). Generates 3D map of warehouse area.
**Bar Mill Truck Coil Scanning System**
Loading: RCP2000 scans empty truck, then after first layer, scans again to provide shape and coordinates for second layer placement. Unloading: scans loaded coil profile and centerline; after second layer removed, scans first layer.
**Scrap Yard Unmanned Loading/Unloading System**
Scans warehouse, trucks, and tank trucks. Uses KS2100 for warehouse DEM data; RCP2000 for truck/tank DEM to determine material presence, 3D coordinates, and dimensions.
