Working Principle: 

  The JKF-159C series packaging machine feeds materials by vacuum suction. The packaging bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber. Materials enter the bag through negative pressure suction while gas in the materials is discharged through the bag's pores. When the weight of material filled into the bag reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops, the vacuum chamber door opens, and the operator removes the packed bag, completing a single bag packaging cycle.

  This packaging machine is designed for big bag packaging of powder and granular materials such as non-metallic mineral powders and chemical raw materials. It mainly consists of an automatic feeding dragging system, electrical control system, automatic weighing system, pneumatic control system, bag hanging and supporting device, dust removal device, etc. During filling, only manual bag hanging and bag placing are required; after a signal is given, it automatically completes bag clamping, lifting, weighing, automatic stop when full, bag release, completing one working cycle.

This scale is specially designed for quantitative packaging of powders with poor fluidity such as feed, fertilizer, rubber powder, PE powder, etc. It uses a screw feeder for material supply. Materials enter the buffer hopper through a pneumatic butterfly valve, and then are fed into the bag by a variable frequency controlled feeding screw. The feeding amount is controlled by adjusting the screw speed. Once the bag is filled to the set weight, the bag clamp opens through the control system, and the bag is conveyed away by a conveyor belt, with manual assistance for sealing.
