Xin'ao Graphene Demonstration Base Xin'ao Graphene Product Packaging (JKF-159CE Vacuum Powder Packaging Machine) As of mid-June 2017, Xin'ao Group's graphene pilot plant has been operating stably for 20 days, successfully producing packaged graphene products, indicating a substantive breakthrough in the new materials industry. Construction of Xin'ao Group's 100-ton graphene pilot plant began in Langfang, Hebei in February 2017. Over four months, design, construction, unit testing, integrated system testing, and material feeding were completed, with the process flow established. Production commenced smoothly in May 2017. Xin'ao Group's graphene technology achieves low-cost, clean production. The products feature ultra-high specific surface area, few layers, and customizable properties, making them suitable for energy storage, thermal and electrical conductive composites, wave-absorbing materials, as well as gas adsorption, storage, and separation applications. In the future, Xin'ao Group plans to build a new nano-material industry chain centered on graphene production, application, and R&D, establishing a new materials industry base with domestic and international influence.
