Product Overview:
The vacuum valve bag packaging machine is designed for valve bag packing of ultrafine and nano powders with high air content and low bulk density. The process ensures no dust leakage, reducing environmental pollution. It achieves high compression filling, resulting in compact, well-shaped bags and reduced bag size. Ideal for materials such as silica fume, carbon black, white carbon black, super conductive carbon black, powdered activated carbon, graphite, and stearates.
Working Principle:
Model JKF-159C uses vacuum suction feeding. The bag is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber; material is drawn into the bag by negative pressure while air escapes through bag pores. Once the preset weight is reached, the vacuum pump stops, the chamber door opens, and the sealed bag is manually removed.
