Open-mouth Quantitative Packaging Machine (3-50Kg)

JKC-200C open-mouth quantitative packaging machine is suitable for weighing and packaging of various granular and powdery materials with good fluidity, such as plastic pellets, fertilizers, grains, etc. To meet different weighing and packaging requirements of various users, the feeding system of this electronic scale can be designed with three levels: coarse, medium, and fine. The feeding control can be achieved through pneumatic cylinder control or servo motor control in various forms. This packaging machine, combined with a discharge hopper, bag clamping device, conveyor, edge folder, and sewing machine, can form a production line for weighing, packaging, and sealing. When combined with automatic bagging machine, detection system, batch printer, palletizer, etc., it can form a fully automatic weighing, packaging, and palletizing production line.

Working Principle:

Material enters the buffer hopper through a pneumatic butterfly valve, and is fed in three levels (large, medium, small) through a pneumatic arc gate. It enters the weighing hopper. When the material reaches the set value, a signal is sent by the sensor, the arc gate closes, the discharge gate at the bottom of the weighing hopper opens, and the material enters the bag. The other weighing hopper repeats the action. The bag clamp opens, and the bag is sent to the sewing unit via the conveyor.
