Product Introduction: The JKF-159CH valve bag powder quantitative packing machine adopts variable frequency speed control, electronic automatic weighing technology, and PLC program control. It completes ultra-fine powder filling in one go, with accurate measurement and dust-free operation. It uses variable-speed screw feeding, available in full-screw and half-screw types. The full-screw type directly feeds materials into the bag, designed for materials with high density, poor fluidity, or high viscosity (e.g., titanium dioxide, wet-process zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, fine granular powders, dry-mix mortar, joint filler). The half-screw type uses high-speed variable-frequency screw to indirectly feed materials via air, designed for materials with good fluidity (325-2500 mesh) that are not prone to clogging (e.g., ground calcium carbonate, ground barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc/calcium/magnesium stearate, stabilizers, wax powder, color powder, magnesium aluminum hydroxide).
