Product Introduction
Model JKF-159CH valve bag powder quantitative packing machine adopts variable frequency speed control and electronic automatic metering technology, controlled by PLC program. It completely solves the problem of one-time filling for ultrafine powders, featuring accurate metering and no dust. It is fed by variable-speed screw, available in full-screw and half-screw types. The full-screw type directly sends materials into the bag, designed for materials with high specific gravity, poor fluidity, and stickiness, such as titanium dioxide, wet zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, small particle powder, dry mortar, joint filler, etc. The half-screw type uses high-speed variable frequency screw to indirectly send materials into the bag via air, designed for materials with good fluidity (325-2500 mesh) that are not easy to clog, such as ground calcium carbonate, ground barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc/calcium/magnesium stearate, stabilizer, wax powder, color powder, magnesium/aluminum hydroxide, etc.
