Product Introduction
JKF-100E simple valve bag powder & granule packaging machine uses a high-precision screw for linear feeding. It features a unique anti-bridging device that completely solves manual packaging issues for various powder and granular materials in valve bags. Compact footprint, low equipment cost, fast packaging speed, and not limited by material characteristics. Simple electrical control, widely used for valve bag repacking, bag changing, and various packaging industries, such as: titanium dioxide, starch, wax powder, color powder, etc.
Note: Can be used with a screw feeder and mixer. Materials are manually fed into the screw feeder, which lifts them to a high-level mixer. After mixing, the material enters the valve bag packaging machine for completion.
