Product Introduction
JKF-100E Simple Valve Port Powder and Granule Packing Machine uses high-precision spiral linear feeding, with a unique anti-bridging device, completely solving the problem that various powder and granular materials in valve bags cannot be manually packed. It features small footprint, low equipment cost, fast packing speed, and is not limited by material properties. It adopts simple electrical control and is widely used for valve bag repacking, bag changing, and various packaging industries such as titanium dioxide, starch, wax powder, color powder, etc.
Note: Can be used with a screw feeder and mixer. Manual feeding into the screw feeder, which conveys different materials to a high-level mixer. After mixing, the material enters the valve port packing machine to complete packing.
