Product Description
Model JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging under a sealed vacuum state. This completely solves the dust pollution problem of bulky, lightweight powders. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber (up to 90Kpa), with integrated vacuum metering controlled by a PLC program and operated via a human-machine interface. The entire process is automated, featuring fast packaging speed, accurate weighing, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other bulky, lightweight powders. Widely applied in powder production and repackaging plants.
