Product Introduction
JKF-159CH valve pocket powder quantitative packaging machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, electronic automatic metering technology, controlled by PLC program. It can completely solve ultra-fine powder one-time filling, with accurate weighing and no dust. It uses variable speed screw feeding, divided into full-screw type and half-screw type. The full-screw type directly sends material into the packaging bag, designed for materials with high density, poor fluidity, and sticky materials such as titanium dioxide, wet zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, small particle powder, dry mortar, joint filler, etc. The half-screw type uses high-speed variable frequency screw to indirectly send material into the bag using air, designed for materials with good fluidity (325-2500 mesh) that are not prone to clogging, such as ground calcium carbonate, ground barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc/calcium/magnesium stearate, stabilizers, wax powder, color powder, aluminum magnesium hydroxide, etc.
