Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging under sealed vacuum conditions, completely solving the dust pollution problem of bulky and light-weight powders. It can monitor the negative pressure of the vacuum chamber that withstands 90Kpa negative pressure. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, operated via human-machine interface, fully automatic operation, featuring fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various types of silica, and other bulky and light-weight powders. Widely used in production, repackaging, and other powder manufacturers.
