Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, achieving packaging of powder in a sealed vacuum state, completely solving the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light specific gravity. It can monitor the negative pressure of the vacuum chamber that can withstand 90Kpa, integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, operated via human-machine interface, fully automatic, featuring fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and powders with large volume and light specific gravity. Widely used in powder manufacturers for production and repackaging.
