Product Introduction
The JKF-159CH valve bag powder quantitative packaging machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, electronic automatic weighing technology, and PLC program control. It completely solves the one-time filling of ultrafine powders, with features such as accurate weighing and dust-free operation. It uses variable speed screw feeding, available in full-screw and half-screw types. The full-screw type directly sends materials into the packaging bag, designed for materials with high specific gravity, poor fluidity, or high viscosity, such as titanium dioxide, wet-process zirconium silicate, mica powder, precipitated barium, small particle powders, dry-mix mortar, and joint filler. The half-screw type uses a high-speed variable frequency screw to indirectly send materials into the packaging bag through air, designed for materials with good fluidity (325-2500 mesh) that are not prone to clogging, such as ground calcium carbonate, ground barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc/calcium/magnesium stearate, stabilizer, wax powder, color powder, and magnesium aluminum hydroxide.
