Screw conveyor, commonly known as auger conveyor, is widely used in chemical, building materials, grain & oil, feed, food, metallurgy, mining, plastic, pharmaceutical and other industries. It is suitable for horizontal, inclined or vertical conveying of granular or powdery materials. Conveying distance ranges from 2 to 70 meters, outer diameter specifications from 120 to 600mm. Materials available: carbon steel and stainless steel. Conveying shafts include shafted screw and shaftless screw. Housings are round or U-shaped. Special specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
Note: U-shaped trough housing is commonly used for materials with high viscosity, easy clogging or poor flowability.
