Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. This completely solves the pollution problem of large-volume, low-specific-gravity powder packaging. It can monitor negative pressure up to 90Kpa in the vacuum chamber, integrates vacuum metering, and is controlled by a PLC program with HMI operation. The entire process is automated, featuring fast packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust leakage. It is mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other large-volume, low-specific-gravity powders, widely applied in production, repacking, and other powder manufacturing processes.
