Product Introduction
Model JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging in a sealed vacuum state. This completely solves the pollution problem of lightweight high-volume powder packaging. It can monitor negative pressure in the vacuum chamber (up to 90Kpa), integrates vacuum metering, and is controlled by PLC with a human-machine interface. The entire process is automatic, featuring fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and no dust leakage. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other lightweight high-volume powders. Widely applied in production, repackaging, and other powder manufacturing industries.
