Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging of powder under sealed vacuum conditions. It completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor the negative pressure of the vacuum chamber up to 90Kpa. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation, fully automated. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other powders with large volume and light weight. Widely used in powder production and repackaging plants.
