Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging in a sealed vacuum state. This completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber withstanding 90Kpa, integrates vacuum measurement, and is controlled by a PLC program with a human-machine interface for fully automated operation. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust. It is mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and powders with large volume and light weight, widely used in production, repackaging, and other powder manufacturing facilities.
