Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. This completely solves the dust pollution problem associated with packaging powders that have large volume but light weight. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber, which withstands 90Kpa, with system-integrated vacuum metering. Controlled by a PLC program and operated via a human-machine interface, the entire process is automated. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other powders with large volume and light weight. Widely applied in production, repackaging, and other powder manufacturing processes.
