Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, achieving powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. It completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light specific gravity. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber capable of withstanding 90Kpa. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation, fully automated. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and no dust. Mainly applied to fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and various powders with large volume and light specific gravity. Widely used in production, repackaging, and other powder manufacturers.
