Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the supply device to suck the packaging bag into the vacuum chamber, achieving powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. It can completely solve the problem of dust pollution for powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor the negative pressure of the vacuum chamber at 90Kpa. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, human-machine interface operation, fully automated. It features fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and no dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and various powders with large volume and light weight. Widely used in production, repackaging, and other powder manufacturers.
