Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum quantitative powder packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. It completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light weight. The vacuum chamber can withstand 90Kpa negative pressure, with negative pressure monitoring. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation and full automation. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other powders with large volume and light weight. Widely used in powder manufacturers for production and repackaging.
