Product details
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag, enabling packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. This completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor negative pressure up to 90Kpa, integrates vacuum metering, and is controlled by PLC with a human-machine interface for full automation. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other powders with large volume and light weight. Widely applied in production and repackaging for powder manufacturers.
