Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the material into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. This completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor the vacuum chamber under 90Kpa negative pressure, integrate vacuum metering, and is controlled by a PLC program with a human-machine interface for fully automated operation. Features include high packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other powders with large volume and light weight. Widely used in production and repackaging by powder manufacturers.
