Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging in a sealed vacuum state. It completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber (up to 90Kpa), integrates vacuum metering, and is controlled by a PLC program with a human-machine interface. The entire process is automated, featuring high packaging speed, accurate weighing, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other powders with large volume and light weight. Widely used in powder production, repackaging, and other fields.
