Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packing machine consists of a vacuum pump, a negative pressure tank, a vacuum chamber, and a bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packing bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. This fully solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor the vacuum chamber under 90Kpa negative pressure, integrates vacuum metering, and is controlled by a PLC program with human-machine interface operation, achieving full automation. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and other powders with large volume and light weight. Widely applied in powder production and repackaging fields.
