Product Introduction
The JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, achieving powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. This completely solves the dust pollution problem of bulky and light powders. It can monitor negative pressure in the vacuum chamber that withstands up to 90 kPa. The system integrates vacuum metering, is controlled by PLC program, operated via HMI, and is fully automated. It features fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon blacks, and all bulky and light powders. Widely used in powder production and repackaging facilities.
