Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packing machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag, enabling packing under sealed vacuum conditions. This completely solves pollution issues for bulky and lightweight powders. It monitors the vacuum chamber under 90Kpa negative pressure and integrates vacuum metering. Controlled by PLC with human-machine interface, the whole process is automated, featuring fast packing speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other bulky lightweight powders. Widely applied in production and re-packaging facilities.
