 JKF-159C valve type vacuum dust-free powder packaging machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk density, good fluidity, and high gas content. Scope of application: fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, activated calcium carbonate, ultrafine silica powder, light stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery raw materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardant, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.

Working principle:

  The vacuum chamber and feeding device create a pressure difference to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber. The valve is controlled by vacuum degree proportional weighing, achieving packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. Effectively solves problems of weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. Completely eliminates gas inside the bag; the packaging process is fully enclosed without dust.
