Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It uses the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the material into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, achieving powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. It completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and low specific gravity. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber up to 90 Kpa. The system integrates vacuum measurement, controlled by PLC program, with human-machine interface operation and fully automated operation. It features fast packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other powders with large volume and low specific gravity, widely used in production and repackaging plants.
