Product Introduction
JKF-159C valve-type vacuum powder quantitative packaging machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, enabling packaging in a sealed vacuum state. It completely solves the problem of dust pollution when packaging powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor negative pressure in the vacuum chamber up to 90Kpa. The system integrates vacuum measurement, controlled by PLC program, operated via human-machine interface, fully automated. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate measurement, and zero dust emission. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and other powders with large volume and light weight. Widely used in production, repackaging, and other powder manufacturing plants.
