Ton Bag Packaging Machine

JKC-1000C packaging machine is designed for big bag packaging of non-metallic mineral powders, chemical raw materials and other powder and granular materials. It mainly consists of an automatic feeding and dragging system, electrical control system, automatic weighing system, pneumatic control system, bag hanging and supporting device, dust removal device, etc. During filling, only manual bag hanging and bagging are required; after giving a signal, it can automatically clamp the bag, lift, weigh, stop when full, release the bag, completing one working cycle.

Technical Features

1. Feeding method: discharge valve type, driven by a frequency conversion speed regulating motor with excellent dust-proof structure, controlled by an internationally renowned brand inverter to achieve stepless speed regulation.

2. The working process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) with an advanced touch screen human-machine interface, enabling touch control of the working process and dialogue for technical support throughout the entire working cycle and maintenance.

3. Designed with environmental protection concept, equipped with a dust removal device at the bag clamping and filling port to prevent dust leakage and ensure a good working environment.

4. Equipped with an independent lifting type suspension weighing platform, net weight measuring method, electronic scale weighing system, imported digital display weighing control instrument, full panel digital calibration and parameter setting for easy operation. Functions include cumulative weight display, automatic tare, automatic zero correction, automatic drop correction, over-tolerance alarm, and fault self-diagnosis. The instrument has a communication interface for networking, online monitoring, and network management.

5. The main body is made of structural parts, advanced and reasonable structure, easy installation, height adjustable according to bag size.

6. Can be used with vibration platform and roller (chain plate) conveyor to form an automatic packaging and conveying production line.
