Ton Bag Packing Machine

 The JKC-1000C packaging machine is designed for big bag packaging of non-metallic mineral powders, chemical raw materials, and other powder and granular materials. It mainly consists of an automatic feeding and dragging system, electrical control system, automatic weighing system, pneumatic control system, bag hanging and supporting device, and dust removal device. During filling, only manual bag hanging and bag threading are required. After giving a signal, it can automatically clamp the bag, lift, meter, stop when full, release the bag, completing a working cycle.

Technical Features

  1. The feeding method is discharge valve type, driven by a variable frequency speed control motor with excellent dust-proof structure, and controlled by an international premier brand inverter to achieve stepless speed regulation.

  2. The working process of the packaging machine is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) program, equipped with an advanced touch screen human-machine interface, which can realize touch control of the working process and provide human-machine dialogue for all working processes and maintenance technical support.

  3. Designed according to environmental protection concepts, a dust removal device is installed at the bag clamping and filling position to prevent dust overflow and ensure a good working environment.

  4. Equipped with an independent lifting hanging weighing platform, net weight metering method. The weighing system uses electronic scale metering, with an imported digital display control instrument that features full-panel digital calibration and parameter setting for easy operation. It has functions such as weight cumulative display, automatic tare, automatic zero calibration, automatic drop correction, out-of-tolerance alarm, and fault self-diagnosis. The instrument is equipped with a communication interface for easy networking, online monitoring, and networked management.

  5. The main body of the equipment is made of structural components, with advanced and reasonable structure, easy installation, and height adjustable according to the bag size.

  6. Can be used in conjunction with vibration platforms and roller (chain plate) conveyors to form an automatic packaging and conveying production line.
