Space Bag Vacuum Powder Quantitative Packaging Machine (Special model for fumed silica, nano powder)
Components: Vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, bag filter, internal cavity mold, weighing system, vacuum system, vacuum proportional valve control system, etc.
Working principle: Utilize the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck the powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber. The weighing is controlled by a vacuum degree proportional valve, enabling powder packaging under sealed vacuum conditions.
Product highlight: Completely eliminates gas inside the packaging bag; the packaging process is carried out in a sealed environment with zero dust.
Product features: Full vacuum suction; negative pressure monitoring up to 90Kpa in the vacuum chamber; adjustable internal cavity mold; automatic opening and closing of the vacuum chamber door.
