Automatic Quantitative Packaging Machine for Dry Mortar

1.Working Principle

3000Y during operation, the pressure difference between the storage hopper and the discharge port (where the valve bag is placed) causes the material to flow into the valve bag via air pressure. The speed can reach 5-8 bags per minute (20Kg), and the packaging speed depends on the material's density, fluidity, particle size, humidity, etc.

The product is available in single-spout, double-spout, and multi-spout types, and is widely used in domestic dry mortar production lines.
