Structural Principle
1. Variable speed feeding mechanism: composed of an adjustable speed motor, belt drive, screw shaft, and feeding nozzle. The feeding nozzle has a dust suction port. The adjustable speed motor is controlled by the electrical box to adjust the speed, and the material is transferred from the hopper to the packaging bag through the belt pulley.
2. Arch-breaking device: driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to rotate the arch-breaking ring slowly, preventing material arching.
3. Weighing frame: The weighing frame connects to the feeding nozzle and sensor, transmitting the material weight signal to the electrical box, which controls the operation of the entire machine. The material tray on the weighing frame can be adjusted up and down as needed. A vibration device is installed under the tray to vibrate and compact loose material into the bag corners. The tray is controlled by a cylinder to tilt and discharge the weighed material from the weighing frame. The feeding nozzle has a bag pressing cylinder to clamp the packaging bag.
4. Electrical box: External signals and sensor signals are transmitted to the electrical box. The electrical box, through programmed instructions, controls the start, stop, and speed of the feeding motor, the start and stop of the arch-breaking motor, the cylinder lifting, and the vibration device actions.
Working Process
Place the valve bag or open bag onto the feeding nozzle and press the "allow feeding" button. The bag pressing cylinder then activates to clamp the bag mouth. The controller automatically tares the bag weight. The arch-breaking motor rotates slowly to ensure smooth material flow. The feeding screw rotates at high speed to quickly fill the bag with material. Dust overflowing with the air in the bag is sucked away by the dust collector. The vibration device starts simultaneously to vibrate and compact the material in the bag, filling the corners. When the feeding amount approaches the set value, the feeding screw decelerates for slow filling. Upon reaching the set value, feeding stops. Error < 0.3%. Then the bag pressing cylinder releases the bag mouth, and the bag tilting cylinder tilts the tray to dump the material onto the belt conveyor for timely removal.
Note: The above working process is automatic feeding. It can be switched to manual feeding by setting the "auto/manual" button to manual. Press the "bag pressing (lift)" button to clamp the bag (or lift the container to the feeding port). Press "manual fast feed" for rapid feeding; when approaching the set value, press "manual slow feed" for slow feeding; upon reaching the set value, press "stop" to end the feeding process.
