Equipment Features

1. The JKF-159CH valve bag and open mouth bag quantitative packing machine uses high-precision (0.02%) sensors and a high-resolution control instrument to form the weighing control system, offering high accuracy and stable performance.

2. The feeding mechanism adopts a variable-speed screw for quantitative feeding, ensuring fast packing speed.

3. Wide packing range, adjustable from 10 to 200 kg. Suitable for both valve bags and open mouth bags.

4. Parameter setting and calibration are simple and easy to understand. The operator only needs to place the bag and press the allowance button to automatically complete the entire process of feeding, weighing, bag releasing, and conveying.

5. Equipped with multiple communication interfaces, it can be connected to a computer network for various data processing.

Structure and Principle

1. Variable-speed feeding mechanism: Composed of an adjustable-speed motor, belt drive, screw shaft, and feeding nozzle. The feeding nozzle has a dust suction port. The motor speed is controlled by the electrical cabinet, and material is transferred from the hopper to the packing bag via the belt pulley.

2. Arch-breaking device: Driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the arch-breaking ring rotates slowly to prevent material bridging.

3. Weighing frame:

The weighing frame connects to the feeding nozzle and sensor, transmitting the material weight signal to the electrical cabinet, which controls the entire machine operation. The material tray on the weighing frame can be adjusted up and down as needed. A vibration device under the tray compacts loose material and fills bag corners. The tray is flipped by a cylinder to discharge the weighed material from the weighing frame. A bag clamping cylinder on the feeding nozzle presses the bag tightly.

4. Electrical cabinet

External signals and sensor signals are sent to the electrical cabinet. The cabinet controls the start, stop, and speed of the feeding motor, the start and stop of the arch-breaking motor, cylinder movement, and vibration device actions through a programmed sequence.
