The valve-port automatic quantitative packaging machine is mainly designed for materials with good fluidity and not easy to clog, widely applicable to powders ranging from 100 to 3000 mesh. For example: ground calcium carbonate, quartz powder, wollastonite powder, barite powder, talc powder, magnesium hydroxide, antimony trioxide, kaolin, zirconium silicate, silicate powder, alkyd resin, mica powder, potassium feldspar powder, sodium feldspar powder, pyrophyllite powder, dolomite powder, bentonite, activated clay, bauxite, dry-mixed mortar, aluminum powder, additives, titanium dioxide, ceramic clay powder, desulfurized powder, etc.
Controlled by PLC, the variable frequency screw provides fast, medium, and slow feeding, accurately controlling the packaging precision. It effectively solves issues related to weighing, sealing, dust, and labor intensity.
