JKF-159C valve-type vacuum dust-free powder packaging machine is mainly designed for powders with large bulk volume, good fluidity, and high gas content. Applications: fumed silica, matting powder, graphene, activated calcium carbonate, ultrafine silica powder, light metal stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardant, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.
Working Principle:
The powder is drawn into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber by the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device. Weighing is controlled by a vacuum proportional control valve, enabling powder packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. This effectively solves issues of weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. It can completely eliminate gas inside the bag, and the process is carried out in a sealed environment with no dust.
