Equipment Features

Structural Principle
1. Variable speed feeding mechanism: consists of an adjustable speed motor, belt drive, screw shaft, and feeding nozzle. The feeding nozzle has a dust extraction port. The adjustable speed motor is controlled by the electrical box to regulate speed, and material is transferred from the hopper to the packing bag via the pulley.
2. Arch-breaking device: driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to rotate the arch-breaking ring slowly, preventing material bridging.
3. Weighing frame:
The weighing frame connects to the feeding nozzle and sensor, transmitting the weight signal of the material to the electrical box, which controls the operation of the entire machine. The material tray on the weighing frame can be adjusted up and down as needed. A vibration device is installed under the tray to compact loose material and fill the bag corners. The tray is controlled by a cylinder to flip and discharge the weighed material from the weighing frame. The feeding nozzle is equipped with a bag-pressing cylinder to hold the packing bag tightly.
4. Electrical box
External signals and sensor signals are transmitted to the electrical box. Through programmed instructions, the electrical box controls the start, stop, and speed of the feeding motor, the start and stop of the arch-breaking motor, the lifting of cylinders, and the action of the vibration device.
Working Process
Place a valve bag or open mouth bag onto the feeding nozzle, press the "allow feeding" button. The bag-pressing cylinder then works to hold the bag opening, the controller automatically tares the bag weight, the arch-breaking motor rotates slowly to ensure smooth material flow. The feeding screw rotates at high speed to quickly fill material into the bag; dust escaping with the bag air is extracted by the dust collector. Simultaneously, the vibration device starts to compact the material in the tray and fill the bag corners. When the feeding approaches the set value, the feeding screw slows down to a gradual filling; when the set value is reached, feeding stops. Error < 0.3%. Then the bag-pressing cylinder releases the bag opening, the bag-flipping cylinder flips the tray, discharging the material onto the belt conveyor for timely removal.
Note: The above working process is the automatic feeding process. The process can also be changed to manual feeding by setting the "auto/manual" button to manual mode. Press the "bag press (lift)" button to press the bag opening (or raise the bucket to the feeding port). Press the "manual fast feed" button for fast filling; when approaching the set value, press the "manual slow feed" button for slow filling; when the set value is reached, press the "stop" button to end the feeding process.
