Equipment Features

Structure and Principle

1. Variable speed feeding mechanism: composed of an adjustable-speed motor, belt drive, screw shaft, and feeding nozzle. The feeding nozzle has a dust suction port. The motor speed is controlled by the electrical box, and material is fed from the hopper into the packaging bag via the pulley.

2. Arch breaking device: driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to slowly rotate the arch breaking ring, preventing material bridging.

3. Weighing frame:

The weighing frame connects to the feeding nozzle and sensor, transmitting the material weight signal to the electrical box, which controls the entire machine. The material tray on the weighing frame can be adjusted up and down as needed. A vibration device under the tray compacts loose material to fill bag corners. The tray is flipped by a cylinder after weighing to discharge the material from the weighing frame. The feeding nozzle has a bag pressing cylinder to secure the bag.

4. Electrical box:

External signals and sensor signals are transmitted to the electrical box. Through a programmed process, the electrical box controls the start, stop, and speed of the feeding motor, the start and stop of the arch breaking motor, cylinder movements, and the vibration device.


Working Process

       Place the valve bag or open-mouth bag onto the feeding nozzle, press the “Add” button. The bag pressing cylinder activates and seals the bag mouth. The controller automatically tares the bag weight. The arch breaking motor rotates slowly to ensure smooth material flow. The feeding screw rotates at high speed to rapidly fill material into the bag. Dust escaping with air is sucked away by a dust collector. The vibration device simultaneously activates to settle the material and fill bag corners. When the filling approaches the set value, the feeding screw slows down. When the set value is reached, feeding stops. Error < 0.3%. The bag pressing cylinder then releases the bag, and the bag flipping cylinder tilts the tray to discharge the filled bag onto the belt conveyor for timely delivery.

  Note: The above is the automatic feeding process. The process can also be switched to manual mode by turning the “Auto/Manual” switch to “Manual”. Press the “Bag Press (Lift)” button to clamp the bag mouth (or lift the container to the feeding port). Press “Manual Fast Feed” for rapid feeding. When approaching the set value, press “Manual Slow Feed” for slow feeding. When the set value is reached, press “Stop” to end the feeding process.
