Working Process

 Place the valve bag or open-mouth bag onto the filling nozzle, press the "allow feed" button. The bag clamping cylinder then activates to clamp the bag mouth, and the controller automatically tares the bag weight. The arch-breaking motor rotates slowly to ensure smooth material flow. The feeding screw rotates at high speed to quickly fill the bag. Dust escaping with the air inside the bag is drawn away by the dust collector. The vibration device simultaneously activates to vibrate the material on the tray, filling the bag corners. When the feeding nears the set value, the screw reduces speed for slow filling, and stops upon reaching the set value. Error < 0.3%. Then the bag clamping cylinder releases the bag mouth, and the bag turning cylinder flips the tray to discharge the material onto the belt conveyor for timely removal.
