JKF-159C Valve-Type Vacuum Powder Quantitative Packaging Machine consists of a vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the feeding device to suck powder into packaging bags inside the vacuum chamber, enabling powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. This completely solves the pollution problem of packaging powders with large volume and light weight. It can monitor the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber capable of withstanding 90Kpa, integrates vacuum metering, and is controlled by PLC program with human-machine interface operation, fully automated. Features include fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust. Mainly used for fumed silica, precipitated silica, various white carbon black, and powders with large volume and light weight, widely applied in production and repackaging of powder products.
