 JKF-159C Valve-type Vacuum Powder Quantitative Packaging Machine consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter. It utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and feeding device to suck powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, achieving packaging under sealed vacuum conditions, completely solving the pollution problem of bulky and lightweight powder packaging. It can monitor the vacuum chamber that withstands 90Kpa negative pressure. The system integrates vacuum metering, controlled by PLC program, human-machine interface operation, fully automatic operation, with fast packaging speed, accurate metering, and zero dust.
