Primarily for powders with large bulk volume, good fluidity, and high gas content. Applications: graphene, fumed silica, ultrafine silica powder, light stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardants, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.
Working Principle:
Utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and feeding device to suck material into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber, with weighing controlled by a vacuum-proportion valve, achieving powder packaging in a sealed vacuum state. Effectively solves weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity issues. Completely eliminates gas inside the bag, and the process is dust-free within a sealed environment.
