Primarily for powders with large bulk volume, good fluidity, and high gas content. Scope of application: graphene, fumed silica, ultra-fine silicon powder, light stearate powder, transparent powder, kaolin, cobalt powder, lithium battery raw materials, magnesium hydroxide, flame retardant, ceramic raw materials, carbon black, fly ash, etc.

Working Principle:

The vacuum chamber and feeding device use pressure difference to draw powder into the packaging bag inside the vacuum chamber. Weighing is controlled by a vacuum-proportional valve, allowing packaging under sealed vacuum conditions. Effectively solves issues of weighing, sealing, dust, gas, and labor intensity. Completely eliminates gas inside the bag, and the packaging process is dust-free as it is sealed.
